Lifetime Promissory
Affection Agreement
This Agreement is made and executed on this day voluntarily and with full emotional capacity by and between:
Collectively referred to as "the Parties."
⸙ Preamble ⸙
WHEREAS Party A acknowledges the existence of deep affection, attachment, and irrevocable emotional investment toward Party B;
WHEREAS Party B is recognized as the exclusive beneficiary of Party A's lifelong commitment, loyalty, and affectionate disturbance;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of mutual love, care, emotional dependence, and future shared moments, the Parties hereby agree as follows:
Article I
Declaration of Eternal Belonging
- Party A hereby solemnly declares, affirms, and undertakes that he shall remain emotionally, romantically, and spiritually bound to Party B for the entirety of his natural life.
- Party A agrees that Party B shall retain perpetual rights over his affection, attention, loyalty, and heart.
- Said commitment shall be irrevocable, non-transferable, and immune to external influence, distraction, or temporary mood fluctuations.
Article II
Lifetime Disturbance Clause
- Party A hereby legally binds himself to continuously disturb Party B throughout her lifetime.
- Such disturbance shall include, but not be limited to:
- Excessive messaging,
- Random calls,
- Sudden expressions of affection,
- Unscheduled teasing,
- Continuous reminders of love,
- Occasional dramatic overreactions for attention.
- The aforementioned disturbance shall be interpreted as an act of love and shall not constitute harassment under this Agreement.
- Party B acknowledges that said disturbance is an essential and non-negotiable component of Party A's affection framework.
Article III
Exclusivity & Loyalty
- Party A shall maintain unwavering loyalty toward Party B.
- Party A shall not emotionally, romantically, or spiritually allocate similar promises to any third party.
- Party B shall hold primary and exclusive jurisdiction over Party A's heart.
Article IV
Duration
This Agreement shall remain valid:
- For the lifetime of Party A and Party B,
- And shall symbolically extend beyond temporal limitations in spirit and sentiment.
Article V
Dispute Resolution
Any disagreement arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through:
- Hugs,
- Apologies,
- Good Food,
- Chocolate,
- Or extended cuddling sessions.
Silent treatment exceeding reasonable duration shall be considered a breach of emotional protocol.
Article VI
Force Majeure
Unavoidable life circumstances (including mood swings, misunderstandings, or overthinking) shall not terminate this Agreement but shall instead trigger increased affection efforts by Party A.
⸙ Declaration ⸙
Party A executes this Agreement willingly, consciously, and with full awareness of the lifetime commitment involved.
Party B accepts this Agreement as the lawful documentation of eternal affection and authorized lifelong disturbance.
